Prepayment by bank transfer
We will send you our bank details with the order confirmation. As soon as your payment has arrived (please state the order number as the reference), your package will be packed and sent as soon as possible. It usually takes around 1-2 working days for the transfer to arrive and then another 1-3 days for delivery to your home. If you accidentally deleted the order confirmation, here are the bank details again:

Please note: For transfers from abroad, fees may apply, which the buyer must take into account when making the payment. Please ensure that we receive the full invoice amount in euros (minus fees). In the case of incomplete amounts or costs incurred for us, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the remaining amount. This may result in additional fees.
PayPal Payment
When paying by PayPal, you will automatically be redirected to the encrypted PayPal website during the order process and back to superchan.de after the payment process has been completed. With this type of payment, security is guaranteed by SSL encryption. We only charge the transaction fee, the fixed fee for each payment will be paid by us.
PayPal+ PLUS Payment
When paying via PayPal + PLUS you can choose between the popular payment methods direct debit, credit card or purchase on account (if available). This service is provided by PayPal and no PayPal account is required for payment by direct debit or credit card. Here you will automatically be redirected to the encrypted PayPal website during the order process and back to superchan.de after the payment process has been completed. With this type of payment, security is guaranteed by SSL encryption. We only charge the transaction fee, the fixed fee for each payment will be paid by us.
WooPayments/Stripe Gateway
During checkout simply select one of the payment methods credit card/debit card, giropay, EPS, Klarna Sofort, iDeal, Bancontact or Przelewy24 (P24) and the payment process will be handled directly via the WooPayments or Stripe gateway. Deposited card data is not stored with us in the store, but securely on the Stripe platform.
